Strength and Focus: Exploring My Limits Through Sport and Creativity
I’ve always believed that strength isn’t limited to the body — it’s something that is trained just as much through movement as it is through creation.
Pilates taught me that real strength begins at the core — not just physically, but mentally. Every controlled movement is a lesson in discipline, every tremor a reminder that resilience is built in silence, not spectacle. I don’t practice Pilates to look stronger — I practice it to become steadier.

Archery, in contrast, taught me the power of stillness. Between drawing the bow and releasing the arrow, there is a moment of pure focus — a breath where nothing exists except intention and direction. It’s not about hitting the target. It’s about aligning mind and body long enough to let go with clarity.
But strength isn’t forged only through tension. Sometimes, it’s found in freedom.

That’s what crafting and product designing give me — a playground where ideas don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. Every cut, every misaligned piece, every trial-and-error experiment reminds me that creativity is just another form of persistence.

Together, these passions have taught me one truth:
Strength isn’t just built through effort — it’s built through balance.
Between tension and release.
Between structure and imagination.
Between grit and grace.
